Over the last decade, I have dedicated my career to leading in schools and developing leaders within education.

I became an expert practitioner by honing my craft in challenging schools in the East Midlands. I then took up leadership roles in Secondary and Post-16 education before becoming Head of School at an Alternative Provision Academy.

I have an MA in Educational Leadership and the National Professional Qualification for Headship. In schools, I have successfully led strategic improvements in curriculum, teaching and learning and behaviour.

I co-chair Heads Forward (Teach First’s National Network of Ambassador Head Teachers) supporting new and existing Head Teachers to work collaboratively, share best practice and find solutions.

As an Education Consultant, I work with schools across the country to review, plan and make improvements. I specialise in sharpening classroom practice and developing effective systems for maintaining behaviour and standards.

As a Leadership Coach I work with leaders across all sectors to strengthen their leadership and maximise their impact.
