David Harkin is an entrepreneur, a proud TEDx speaker (with 110,000+ views of his talk) and author, who dedicates his life to connecting people with their own ideas. He does this via his ideas’ company 7billionideas, which was founded in 2012 and his international speaking engagements. He was a finalist at the UK Business Awards 2018 in the category of 'Entrepreneur of the Year'.

David is proudly the Entrepreneur in Residence at Surbiton High School in London and Arcadia Preparatory School in Dubai. He is also Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Harrow Hong Kong and British School of Jakarta.

His company has worked with over 100,000 students across the world. Past educational speaking engagements are IPSEP (UAE), Festival of Education (UK) and International Schools Festival (Hong Kong) to name but a few. David is also due to speak in GESS Dubai, IAPS (UK) and many more.
