From Wednesday 26 August onwards into September, we are busily editing and uploading recorded On Demand content. Thanks for your patience, and we'll keep you informed as each is available and for how long.

There is now lots of guidance about what ethical leadership in education means and I have been exploring what it means to be an ethical teacher in the classroom. Do teachers recognise and acknowledge their own ethical values that they bring into their classroom every day? What ethical values do teachers use to guide their own daily practice and how does it affect their decision making? Are their opportunities for teachers to discuss their own ethical views with other colleagues and discuss the similarities and differences between approaches and views?

This session will provide the opportunity to reflect and discuss ethical values in the classroom.
